MASON COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY will hold two PUBLIC HEARINGS for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed public transit regional service fare, monthly pass increase, and vanpool fares scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2009 as follows:
Regional Service Fares Increase:
$1.50 per ride for Adult and Youth
Monthly Pass Increase:
$28.00 Adult
$18.00 Youth
$13.00 Summer Youth Adventure Pass
Vanpool fares will increase approximately 15 percent (actual costs vary based on size of vanpool group, and number of miles traveled).
PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on:
Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 6:30 pm
Civic Center, 525 W. Cota Street, Shelton, Washington
and on
Monday, November 24, 2008 at 6:30 pm
Timberland Library, 23081 NE SR3, Belfair, Washington.

for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed 2009 Budget. The Public Hearing will be held at Mason Transit’s Business Office, 790 E. John’s Prairie Road, Shelton, Washington.
