CUSTOMER SERVICE

Contact Mason Transit's Customer Service Center to schedule a ride or request information on

our Transit System Schedule with Regional Connections to Jefferson Transit, Intercity Transit, Kitsap Transit, Grays Harbor Transit, Squaxin Ilsand Transit and WA State Ferry.

We want to provide you with exceptional service, and your comments count!  If you wish to make a comment or suggestion about Mason Transit, please:

              Please note, emails received on weekdays are answered during normal weekday

               business hours.  Emails received on weekends and holidays will be answered on the

               next weekday during hours of operation.
