Mason Transit Authority (MTA) and other local providers can help you get to and from the Sea-Tac Airport from Mason County.  Below you will find general information to get your trip planning started.  We recommend contacting each provider to verify departure/arrival times and fare cost.

To Sea-Tac Airport via Bremerton Ferry

Traveling from Mason County to the Sea-Tac Airport in Seattle, in short, looks like:  MTA bus route to Belfair/Bremerton, then Ferry to Seattle, then Light Rail to Sea-Tac.  Your starting point in Mason County depends on where you live. Our routes operate Monday-Saturday, no Sunday service, and we’re closed most major holidays.

 

  1. Start on any of the following MTA routes to Belfair/Bremerton:
    • Route 1 to Belfair via Hwy 3 (fare free)
      • Ride to Bill Hunter Park, then
        • Transfer to Route 3, or
    • Route 2 to Belfair via Hwy 106 (fare free)
      • Ride to Bill Hunter Park, then
        • Transfer to Route 3, or
    • Route 3 to Bremerton (fare is $0.50 for seniors/disables and $1.50 for youth/adults)
      • Ride to Bremerton Ferry Terminal, then
  2. Transfer at the Bremerton Ferry Terminal to the Washington State Ferry to Seattle (fare free for walk-on passengers)
  3. Transfer at Seattle Ferry Terminal to Sound Transit’s  Link Light Rail to Sea-Tac (fare is $1.00 for seniors/disabled, $1.50 for youth, and $3.00 for adults)
  4. End at the Sea-Tac Airport
    • Transit fare to Sea-Tac = $1.50 to $4.50
    • No traffic stress or parking hassles = Priceless
  • NOTE:  If you don’t live close the MTA routes listed above – that’s okay.  There are options and we can get you there.  Call us!  We have park & rides along those routes and/or a Dial-A-Ride service which may be available to pick you up at home and take you to meet up with the route needed.
